Barcelona will only issue their fund less than 40 million euros to get Cesc Fabregas from Arsenal. Barcelona assess Fabregas prices have declined in the last 12 months.and for Barcelona itself, their fund have limited to buy players at this Summer transfer season.
Barcelona has cast an official offer to Arsenal for 40 million euros or the equivalent of Rp487 billion to get Fabregas last season. However, in the last season it rejected him because of the Gunners manager Arsene Wenger reluctant to release Fabregas.
At this Summer Transfer season , Barcelona is still kept trying to bring Fabregas to the Camp Nou (Barcelona Camp). However, for the Barcelona president, named Sandro Rosell, insisting that, it was reluctant to spend up to 40 million euros more to get Fabregas.
"We must know the salary and the physical condition he (Fabregas). Everything is related to salaries and transfer fees, but if last year we (Barcelona) offers 40 million euros, a year has passed, and obviously he's diminished value," said Rosell like reported by The World Game.
"I do not know what will happen with Cesc, but if we get a chance, we will not pay the outrageous and exaggerated," said Rosell.
Fabregas also enthused main rivals Barcelona in Spain, Real Madrid, Arsenal captain but Rosell sure it only wanted to return to Camp Nou. Fabregas is a former junior player with Barcelona before joining Arsenal in 2003.
"I'm not sure he wanted to go to another Spanish club. Cesc is Barcelona, and if I am the president of another club, then I will not sign players who have saved the colors of other clubs in his heart," said Rosell.
But all the decision are in Arsenal's manager Asene Wanger as the couch of Fabregas in Arsenal his team right now, Fabregas has given his future in football to his Manager's football now, Arsene Wanger. Arsene Wanger is still considering about the price that Barcelona has issued, He (Arsene Wanger) is still considering other Big Clubs which want to Bring Cesc Fabregas be a part in Their team. The teams who want to bring Fabregas are Chelsea, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, and AC Milan. the other clubs have issued more fund to get Fabregas, Arsene is still thinking about Fabregas' Value is not just 40 milion Euro, it can be more than it.
